Spanish Place Condominiums, is a good situated Condo Estate, 800
meters from Pattaya beach, Pattaya Thailand. The main city
center and the world famous 'Walking Street' of Pattaya are just 10
minutes by public transport or car. The Condo estate has 2 entrances, the main Gate
on the Sukhumvit-highway (leading to Bangkok) as well as a entrance
to the Shopping Centre Carrefour in Pattaya klang The 12
buildings of Spanish place are last year fully renovated and most of
the condos are completely new! There is a lot of room between the
buildings and there are two swimming pools where you can buy drinks
on a very comfortable price.
Direct next to the main entrance is an open-air landscape
garden restaurant with a superb Thai and international kitchen
The Village has 24-hours Security at the gates, where every
visitor receives an ID-card for cars and motorcycles.

year-around, from 7 AM to 11 PM. It has a changing room, showers

Interesting Points |
|
Pattaya Beach Bus, the only organized local city bus company
in Pattaya passes the Complex. Follow the Red Line on the map. Moreover
Carrefour Shopping centre, which is located on the back entrance
within minutes. There are several tourist attractions like
Crocodile Park and Elephant Village as well Underwater world and
Mini-Siam
